Napa Valley Trois Noix is a collaborative project led by Jaime Araujo, bringing together renowned winemakers and grape growers to create wines that are fresh and reflective of their origin. In Jaime’s words, it is a bridge between “Established Napa” and “Next Napa”. And she makes it a point to work with vineyards that are either organic, biodynamic, or sustainable. The grapes for this wine come from the Muir-Hanna Vineyard in Napa's Oak Knoll District, with vines ranging from 15 to 38 years old. “This Chardonnay offers delicate notes of white peach, green apple, and jasmine. We chose to forego any malolactic fermentation to maintain the fruit’s freshness and purity of expression, resulting in a wine with a medium body, crisp acidity, and minerality.” 537 cases were produced.
