Sourced from their meticulously farmed estate vineyards—primarily The Third Twin, Eleven Confessions, and Cumulus—this fifth installment of the Distenta series benefited from the exceptionally long and cool 2023 growing season, which allowed for profound aromatic development while preserving a vibrant, fresh energy. It opens with an enchanting and high-toned bouquet of crushed raspberries, wild strawberries, and violets, underscored by a sophisticated savory thread of white pepper and dried herbs. On the palate, the wine is remarkably voluminous yet carries a lithe structure and a silky texture.
