The 2017 LAZ Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon combines 82% Cabernet Sauvignon with 10% Malbec, 7% Cabernet Franc, and 1% Petit Verdot. Each lot was fermented and aged in French oak (60% new) before blending just prior to bottling. The wine was bottled without fining or filtration after approximately 19 months in oak barrels. A total of 95 cases and 30-1.5L Magnum bottles were bottled on May 31, 2019.
