Planted in Eisele’s cobbly alluvial soils at the base of the Palisades, the vines draw on volcanic minerality, rocky drainage, and warm days balanced by cool evening breezes, yielding fruit of remarkable vibrancy and depth. Aromas of spice, dried herbs, and vanilla unfold into black cherry, red berries, and a refreshing hint of peppermint. Silky tannins frame blackberry notes leading to a long, resonant finish of cocoa, coffee, and cinnamon.
