Sourced from two biodynamically farmed village parcels—Les Plantes and En Clous—nestled between Volnay and Meursault, this cuvée is vinified with no sulfur added during fermentation to highlight pure fruit expression. The 2023 vintage opens with aromas of fresh red cherries, pomegranate, dried flowers, and a touch of white pepper from partial whole-cluster fermentation. On the palate, it is light-to-medium-bodied with soft, supple tannins and energetic acidity, delivering a core of crunchy red fruit that flows into a fresh, subtly earthy finish.
