The classic Maya, lauded as the top cuvée from the producer is known for its large portion of Cabernet Franc, 40% this vintage with 60% Cabernet Sauvignon. The 2021 is captivating, as it boasts the delicate Franc aromatics we love coupled with the power of the vintage. Black truffle and blackberry on the nose lead to a mineral-driven palate with incredible texture and complexity. Incredible length hints that this wine will continue to develop for many years to come. 

Dalla Valle Vineyards, perched 500 feet above the Silverado Trail in Oakville, offers sweeping views of the Napa Valley floor. This extraordinary site, with its red volcanic soil and lingering sunlight, was purchased by Naoko and Gustav Dalla Valle in 1982, just before their daughter Maya was born. Now in her 30s, Maya leads the winemaking, having refined her skills at top Bordeaux estates.
