Introduced in 2016, Jubilation is a blend of select barrels from Colgin Cellars’ three estate vineyards. Crafted by winemaker Allison Tauziet, the wine receives the same meticulous care as the single-vineyard bottlings but is designed to be approachable earlier, with a slightly softer tannin structure. Sourced primarily from younger vines and select blocks across their iron-rich, volcanic hillside estates, the 2022 shows concentrated dark fruit layered with notes of graphite and crushed stone underscored by hints of cocoa and warm spices. On the palate, the wine is seamless and voluminous, featuring the fine-grained, velvety tannins that have become a hallmark of the estate's high-altitude terroir. Structured yet accessible, it offers a clear expression of the Colgin style in a more immediately drinkable frame.
