At only 253 case production, we have a very small allocation of this collectible bottling. This 100% Cabernet Sauvignon from the rocky Pritchard Hill vineyard aged in 75% new French oak and 25% used oak & amphora. This vintage saw an additional 6 months in barrel to accentuate structure. Loads of complexity, fine tannins and a long finish bring this wine perfectly in balance. Winemaker KK Carothers is at the top of her game.
Bryant Estate, situated on Pritchard Hill overlooking Lake Hennessy, has been described by Antonio Galloni as “without question one of the most spectacular vineyards in Napa Valley.” Don Bryant purchased the property in 1986, and it was planted by renowned viticulturist David Abreu. Helen Turley crafted the wines during the estate’s first decade. Today, Bettina Bryant, Don’s wife, leads the estate and has championed the shift to biodynamic farming. Winemaking is overseen by KK Carothers, who brings extensive expertise from her experience in Australia, France, and as the former assistant winemaker at both Bryant and ADAMVS on Howell Mountain.
