Winemaker/Owner Jim Binns has rocketed to fame in his role as cellar master and right-hand man at Sine Qua Non. Like SQN, Andremily is all Rhone varietals totaling about 4,000 cases and is his own winery. Jim’s fruit is sourced from Alta Mesa, Larner, and White Hawk vineyards. He is known to be meticulous in the cellar, as well as the vineyard and his wines reflect that razor sharp focus. This newest vintage of EABA (pronounce ee-buh and an acronym for 'end all be all') is a co-fermented blend of 61% Syrah, 24% Mourvedre, 13% Grenache and 2% Viognier. As Jim explains, “This is our all-in Rhone Blend comprised of the very best lots in our cellar and is quickly becoming a fan favorite. I can report with great certainty the 2019 Andremily will not disappoint. The 2019 jumps from the glass offering loads of rich ripe blackberries, violets, charcuterie, pepper, and olive notes, possessing a rich full texture, super fine tannins, and a finish that goes on and on. This wine begs to be enjoyed now, but will certainly reward those who wait, as this beaty has just begun to show her true potential.”
