Included in this 5-Bottle Set with Special Pricing is one bottle each of the following:
Realm 'The Bard' Red 2022
Realm has stepped up The Bard in focus and quality, sourcing from premier grower vineyard partners that bring the single vineyard Realm Reds to life. Mainly Cabernet with a little Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Petit Verdot, Petit Sirah and Charbono, this Napa Valley Red is masterfully blended by Benoit Touquette. At his disposal are eight vineyards, including their own estate ones- Houyi and Realm SLD Estate. It combines bright fruit with deeper, brooding notes of crème de cassis, red and dark fruits, and exotic spice. Fresh acidity and layered depth carry through a long, evolving finish.
Abreu 'Rothwell Hyde' Red 2022
Rothwell Hyde is the highly coveted proprietary red blend from legendary viticulturist David Abreu and winemaker Brad Grimes, serving as a brilliant, more accessible window into the estate’s single-vineyard terroirs. Sourced from choice, low-yielding blocks across Abreu’s elite estate properties—including Madrona Ranch, Thorevilos, and Cappella—this masterfully blended Cabernet-based wine brings all the meticulous farming and elite winemaking pedigree of the flagship bottlings into a more forward, expressive style. The 2022 vintage is an triumph of balance and precision, jumping from the glass with a high-toned bouquet of crème de cassis, dark plum preserves, and black cherries, seamlessly layered with complex signatures of graphite, espresso bean, and fresh violets. On the palate, the wine delivers spectacular depth and a plush, velvety core of dark fruits, effortlessly kept light on its feet by an energetic line of natural acidity. Framed by fine-grained, smooth tannins that provide a sophisticated, upright structure, it glides into a long, polished finish touched by mineral tension and dusty cocoa. This is a deeply pedigreed, luxurious Napa Valley red that offers immense gratification today but will thrive in the cellar for the next fifteen years.
Collina Dalla Valle 2023
The 2023 'Collina' was produced from the first harvest in Dalla Valle’s newly renovated winery. A long, steady growing season with abundant winter rainfall and mild summer conditions allowed for slow, even ripening and excellent balance across the estate vineyards. Driven by Cabernet Sauvignon with Cabernet Franc adding freshness and structure, the wine shows layered blackberry, blue fruit, cedar, graphite, and subtle cocoa notes shaped by Dalla Valle’s rocky eastern Oakville soils. Refined and approachable in its youth, the 2023 Collina reflects the precision and vineyard-driven style that continues to define the estate.
Baker & Hamilton Cabernet Sauvignon 2023
Baker & Hamilton is a compelling new offering from the Phillips family, owners of the legendary Vine Hill Ranch Vineyard. Exclusively sourced from Vine Hill Ranch, Baker & Hamilton is a nostalgic tribute to the family’s deep roots in California agriculture, named after the historic 19th-century hardware and tool company owned by the family’s ancestors. The wine is made by the same all-star team that makes VHR: winemaker Françoise Peschon and vineyard manager Mike Wolf. The 2023 Cabernet Sauvignon is a masterclass in Oakville elegance, characterized by its vibrant energy and old school Napa soul. It opens with an enchanting bouquet of red currants, dried herbs, and a hint of dusty earth that leads into a palate defined by its lithe structure and silky tannins. Unlike the more brooding, structured nature of the VHR estate bottling, Baker & Hamilton is intentionally approachable and fresh, showing a brilliant balance of fruit purity and savory complexity. With only about 500 cases produced, this 2023 release is a rare opportunity to experience the precision of Vine Hill Ranch at a price that over-delivers for its elite Oakville pedigree.
Bryant 'DB4' Red 2022
This micro-production wine is still an incredible wine at its price point, hitting a lot higher than many in this price point. Predominately Cabernet with Petit Verdot and Cabernet Franc, DB4 displays a distinct freshness, making it delicious and vibrant in its youth. Aged in French oak, 85% new and 15% neutral, this 2022 was aged for 22 months and immediately upon opening begins to impress. For DB4, the fruit comes from both Bryant’s estate vineyard on Pritchard Hill as well as fruit from Ecotone Vineyard. 528 cases were produced.
