The 2020 Spottswoode Sauvignon Blanc was just released and comes from Spottswoode's estate vineyard along with a handful of iconic family-owned vineyards premier grower vineyards throughout Napa Valley and Sonoma. Comprised of 97% Sauvignon Blanc with 3% Semillon to round out the mouthfeel, this 2020 jumps out of the glass with aromas of citrus notes – lime, lemon, grapefruit, and a hint of mandarin. On the palate, it offers “white peach and cassis bud, framed with vanilla, ripe pear, green apple, and hints of dried herbs and toasted wheat berry.
