Jim has been Manfred’s right-hand guy at Sine Qua Non for the past several years and since 2012, has been producing Andremily, his own wine label that known for its Syrahs and Mourvedres. “The 2016 No. 5 is 91% Syrah, 6% Mourvèdre and 3% Viognier that will see just under two years in 70% new French oak. It offers slightly more stem characteristics with a La Mouline-like perfume of bacon fat, pepper, blackberries, earth, and chocolate.
