This refreshing, vibrant Sauvignon Blanc comes from four contrasting vineyard sources and three distinct fermentation vessels provide a breadth of nuanced lots that create layers of complexity once blending is complete. Slow, low-temperature fermentations with regular lees stirring developed complexity, texture and depth. Comprised of mainly Sauvignon Blanc with a touch of Semillon for added layers, this 2019 offers aromas of citrus with tropical notes that give the wine lift. To keep the wine lively and layered, winemaker Tony Biagi aged the wine partially in new French oak, neutral French oak and stainless steel and stirred on the lees to enhance the mid-palate. This will become one of your go-to Whites throughout the year.
