Born from humble origins, Riccardo Ceretto began producing wines from purchased grapes in the 1930s. When his sons Bruno and Marcello joined the business, they began mapping the best vineyards in the region in the 1960s and making a plan to acquire their own land. Today, the estate is considered easily one of the best in the region, having won an award from World’s Best Vineyards in 2023.

Situated in the Serralunga d’Alba on the Eastern side of the Barolo region, known for producing wines of great power and intensity, Prapò has an extended growing season, allowing the grapes plenty of time to gain complexity. The wine in glass is rich, deep, thoughtful and ultra-satisfying classic Barolo.
