Crafted exclusively from 100% estate Cabernet Sauvignon, this special 30th Anniversary bottling is a true testament to its exceptional pedigree. Interestingly, winemaker KK Carothers incorporated whole-cluster fermentation for some of the Cabernet, a technique that we believe enhances the wine’s depth and multidimensional richness. Approximately 500 cases were produced.
