Enrico Bertoz, winemaker and vintner of Arbe Garbe, is the type of guy who’s always thinking ahead to how he can concoct unique and compelling wines that are also enjoyable to drink. This 2017 doesn't disappoint. Like past vintages, Enrico sourced from Sonoma to bring a refreshing, crisp White to the table. The final blend is comprised of 15% Tocai Fruilano, 55% Malvasia Bianca and 30% Ribolla Gialla. In the style of a Northern Italian White, this blend marries on the palate with notes of honeysuckle and crisp melon notes with a long satisfying finish. This is a one-time allocation that I bring in upon release and we sell out quickly.
